Welcome to Pitties Dog House

Back Story

My dad, Victor Musco, spoke many times about wanting to have a hot dog stand when I was growing up. He was in the auto sales business and owned and operated his own auto sales dealership for 22 years. In the year 2013, he finally decided it was time to fulfill his dream and create a unique experience and opened his first and only hot dog restaurant, Vic's in the Dog House. He had a unique and creative approach of making his hot dogs using only 100% pure beef hot dogs with fresh toppings that would fill your belly and not break the bank. His business was located in Ossian, Indiana. It was definitely a hit in the Ossian community. Unfortunately he ended up closing his business after a short time in operation due to medical reasons. He was upset by it but was glad he got to accomplish his goal. In 2021, my dad passed away and is the inspiration behind what we want for the Bluffton community. A creative and special eatery where people can not only enjoy a great meal but have a fun and memorable experience while out with family, friends, or by themselves.

Who are we? What we want to happen? and How can the community help?

When we talk about we, I am referring to myself Matt Musco and my wife Angela. We already have started Pitties Properties in Bluffton and want to expand into the restaurant field by bringing Pitties Dog House to the community. This restaurant will feature some of my dads iconic hot dogs from Vic's in the Dog House, some of our creative creations, and an atmosphere that everyone will enjoy.

How do we do this? Something different that we are wanting to do with this restaurant is that we want to offer games and some arcade games such as Pacman, Frogger, etc. We feel this could bring the nostalgia to adults and a new experience for kids. Families with children can come in and be with other friends and family with children and play a board game and create memories that will last a lifetime. Game nights will always be a thing at Pitties Dog House. We want to offer fast and delicious meals meant for families or those wanting something quick to eat without spending an arm and a leg for it.

We have been trying to launch this for over a year now. We have tried loans, built up our savings, put offers in to buildings, current restaurants, and have not had much luck in finding and securing a building, until now, we have now secured a building on Market street in Bluffton! We hope you follow our progress and come visit us when we are open!
